How to acquire the artwork by purchase:

After receiving the full selling price on our bank account of the KUOKA Handels GmbH (KUOKA Trading Company [PLC]), we carefully pack and send your chosen and purchased artwork directly to your delivery address.

This can take up to 3 working days and 4 weeks, depending on the country of origin of the artwork. The time of the delivering process for pieces of art, which need to be mailed from overseas, can take even slightly longer – though in these cases we inform you upfront.

The delivery within Austria is free of charges.

Please note:

After receiving the package from KUOKA you have up to 3 weeks to experience the artwork in the privacy of your own home. If you should change your mind about how you feel towards the purchased item, you can return it in this time period back to us for full refund. At this juncture though please note, that we can only refund the complete purchasing price, if the returned artwork remained undamaged.

We attach high importance into stable and safe packaging material, as well as in our choice of delivery service. Should a package however show any sort of damage, please inform the delivery company right away, so it can be reported to the responsible insurance company. Every artwork comes – if needed – with a list of defects, so you can easily reconstruct any form of damage happened during the transport.
